Warranty Administrator for RR/Bentley/Bugatti

Job description Braman Miami is seeking experienced Warranty Administrator for Bentley/RR/Bugatti. Salary - Starting at $100,000/year Responsibilities include : Duties include but are not limited to the following: Assist with booking repair orders. Review, audit, and process warranty claims as well as claims for extended warranty companies. Correct and appeal claims. Reconcile schedules with statements. Create purchase orders. Will serve as a liaison between Manufacturer, Service, Parts, Body Shop, and Sales. Qualified candidate should be able to read and comprehend policies and procedures outlined by the manufacturer. Should be familiar with Excel and CDK software. Driver's license is required. Must be able to work Saturdays.
