BJ's Wholesale Club seeks a Service Tire & Sales Supervisor to lead tire shop operations in our fast-paced wholesale environment. In this role, you'll oversee daily service activities, supervise and coach technicians, and drive tire and related service sales while ensuring top-tier member satisfaction. You'll manage work orders, POS transactions, and inventory, maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant shop. Partner with club leadership to hit performance targets, uphold quality standards, and support a culture focused on teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.
