Responsibilities Complete various stages of training on product knowledge, color consultation, and customer service. Develop skills in business management, inventory control, and financial oversight. Assist in creating competitive sales strategies and meeting sales targets. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Manage relationships with clients, addressing both professional and consumer markets. Contribute to the overall functioning of a Sherwin-Williams retail store.
