L0834 West Palm Beach Hyundai Warranty Booker / Warranty Administrator West Palm Beach Hyundai "Where Accuracy Drives Success." Will report to Service Manager. West Palm Beach Hyundai is looking for an experienced Warranty Booker / Warranty Administrator to join our growing service team. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, and have a strong understanding of manufacturer warranty guidelines, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Process and submit manufacturer warranty claims accurately and on time. Review repair orders for compliance with warranty policies. Book technician labor and flag hours correctly. Follow up on rejected claims and ensure timely resolution. Maintain warranty records and work closely with the Service Manager and advisors. Help maximize warranty reimbursement while maintaining compliance. What We're Looking For Previous automotive dealership warranty administration experience preferred. Knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies and procedures. Strong organizational and computer skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
