Manufactured Home Sales Representative Capital Housing, LLC Milledgeville, GA Full-Time | On-Site | Base + Commission Why This Role Exists Most people believe homeownership is out of reach. We prove them wrong every day. Capital Housing exists to help renters become homeowners. We provide home ownership possibilities for people who are ready to stop paying someone else's mortgage and start building their own equity. With our base pay and generous commission structure, you can change your family's financial future by selling just two homes a month. Multiply that by a year, and you start to see the mission. We are growing because people are desperate to find honest representation in this industry. Lead flow is strong. The lending infrastructure is in place. What we need now is the right person to own the sales relationship from first call to close, and eventually help us build a sales team that can scale. That person is who we are looking for.
