Job Description

The OEM Manager will perform sales service activities necessary to support the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Sales Programs. Pursue the development of new business, enhance development among low volume and strengthen rapport and business among high volume dealers. Activities are accomplished with intensive communication and education to the dealers, responding to customer inquiries on products and services, performing analyses to ensure customer needs are met. The successful candidate will be capable of working professionally in a team environment with sales and marketing as well as other internal departments, dealing directly with customers in a professional manner.
Education:
Associate degree in business administration or equivalent; or minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience in sales and/or customer service preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop sales strategies together with the sales and marketing teams to maximize performance and customer satisfaction. Be a strong contributor to the success and achievements of the department's sales goals Uphold a professional and positive attitude while representing TOMY when working with the OEM customers and licensors Assist in proofing collateral materials including flyers and catalogs Build strong business relationships with all customers to insure all their needs are met Some travel required, including attending trade or customer-sponsored shows to increase customer satisfaction and drive incremental sales
Skills Required:
Strong written and verbal communication Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Evidence of success in driving sales, achieving sales objectives, and overcoming customer objections Strong analytical/math skills, adept at using Excel & PowerPoint, and excellent attention to detail Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Team player, collaborative, organizationally aware, results focused, growth mindset Must be an exceptional communicator, verbal and written
