Right person:
Has experience doing roofing sales Takes good photos and leaves good notes in the CRM Can make a living off of the leads they generate Has a vehicle + ladder Knows how to pull a shingle sample and tarp a roof What I provide: Some extra leads to help you break into neighborhoods CRM

+ Training Pay transparency: 15% commission on self-generated leads. I pay as checks clear, so you don't have to wait for the job to finish 10% on company-generated leads.
Growth:
I can teach you how to operate a company if you want to grow there I'm hiring a market owner next year to take over the Illinois branch (I relocated to Nevada). This is probably a good foot in the door.
