Meagher Pest Control is growing, and we're looking for a confident, energetic, sales-driven individual to join our team! This is more than a traditional office position. We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, knows how to ask for the sale, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do Convert incoming phone calls and online inquiries into paying customers. Make outbound sales calls, including cold calling, to generate new business. Follow up with unsold estimates, missed calls, and potential customers. Work with customers considering cancellation to understand their concerns and retain their business. Coordinate with our outside sales representative to ensure leads receive timely follow-up. Assist with marketing initiatives and lead-generation efforts. Schedule appointments and provide exceptional customer service. Support daily office operations and assist with administrative responsibilities.
