Full Job Description Sales Administrator Pay:
$25.00-$27.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Worldwide Foam is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to support our growing sales team. In this role, you'll manage customer pricing, coordinate sales inquiries, maintain accurate customer records, and ensure a seamless experience for both customers and internal teams. This position works closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Production, and Accounting to keep operations running efficiently. Responsibilities Manage and route incoming sales and marketing leads. Maintain customer, prospect, pricing, and CRM/ERP records. Prepare quotes and support market-based pricing strategies. Coordinate customer onboarding and sample requests. Assist the sales team with administrative and operational support while ensuring timely communication and accurate documentation. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales support, sales administration, pricing, or a similar administrative role. Experience with ERP and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
