Job Description:
We are looking for someone to help with inbound sales, customer support, and general marketing. All sales are inbound (no cold calling). You will be helping customers select machinery and equipment for producing soap and cosmetic products. Most of our customers are small businesses, so your job is to help them select the right products to help their business grow. You will get to work hands on with our equipment and help with various areas of soap/lotion/cosmetic products production in addition to working on social media and marketing strategies. You'll be expected to wear multiple hats and work in multiple areas of the company. Some travel will be required for initial training and team meetings.
Typical Day:
Selling machinery to customers Answering the phone Customer support Answering emails Assist creating content for website, blog posts and social media accounts Misc special projects Part of the week will be spent focusing on working with and using the equipment that you are selling.
Required:
