We are a growing business and development firm seeking an Entry Level Manager to help build and lead a high-performing sales team. As an Entry Level Manager, you will help connect customers with Kinetic Internet and telecommunications services while developing valuable leadership, sales, and team management skills. As an Entry Level Manager, you will receive hands-on leadership and sales training designed to strengthen your communication, problem-solving, coaching, and management abilities. You'll work closely with sales representatives to help them confidently address customer questions, explain Kinetic's available services, and communicate the value of its connectivity solutions. Core Functions of the Entry Level Manager Lead by example by actively engaging with customers and presenting Kinetic internet and telecommunications services. Coach and mentor sales representatives on effective customer engagement and sales techniques. Support team growth by identifying opportunities to introduce customers to Kinetic's available internet and connectivity solutions. Help create a positive, motivated team environment focused on customer service, sales performance, and professional development. Provide constructive feedback on customer interactions and help representatives strengthen their communication and sales skills. Assist with achieving team goals by effectively communicating the benefits and value of Kinetic services. Develop leadership skills by supporting daily team activities, motivating representatives, and helping create a strong office culture. Preferred Skills for the Entry Level Manager Strong communication skills for customer interactions, coaching, and team direction. Organization and multitasking abilities to manage sales activities and team priorities. Leadership mindset with a willingness to learn, coach others, and lead by example.
