With over 78 years of serving our nation's Veterans, the Veterans Canteen Service (VCS) is currently seeking a dynamic Supervisory Sales Clerk for our Bedford, MA, VA Medical Center Canteen. Consideration:
A current, valid REAL ID is required to work at Veterans Canteen Service. ServSafe Manager certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Must have a minimum of one year of direct supervisory experience in retail. Strong hands-on leadership skills with a focus on service and hospitality are essential. A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel) and experience with Point-of-Sale systems are required. Candidates must also possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
