Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a high-volume hardware retail environment At least 3+ years of experience working with paint products, including tinting, mixing, and color matching Prior experience leading, training, or supervising other associates Self-motivated and available to work weekend hours Ability to safely operate a forklift Ability to lift 40+ lbs without assistance frequently

Nice-to-Haves:

Prior experience owning department-level scheduling, inventory, or sales performance Familiarity with merchandising strategies to drive product sales Experience working cooperatively across multiple departments as a point of escalation PM19 Compensation details: 26-30 Hourly Wage PI773f7215de0f-0027
