This candidate will need some mechanical aptitude, great organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to learn Microsoft Office products and ERP systems. Automotive industry experience is a plus. Training for this position will take place at WEISS Detroit in Clinton Township, MI. Job Responsibilities Work with Eng/Sales Support Admin Learn data entry Maintain sales and customer reports Audit reports and data Learn product mix and function Understand the entire process - quote, sales order entry through to shipping Learn to apply standard assembly practices. Assemble simple electrical & mechanical assemblies per specifications with supervision Interpret blueprints and drawings Learn how to measure parts and look for quality issues Prep material for shipping including disconnect and crating Operate a tow motor (Hi-Lo) and overhead crane as needed Perform other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as directed

Desired Skills & Experience Education:
