Parts Sales & Support Manager Our client is seeking a leader to grow its industrial parts business while helping customers receive responsive, dependable support. Responsibilities Coach the team and oversee daily sales and support activities. Build customer relationships and identify opportunities to increase business. Resolve service concerns and simplify the purchasing process. Use performance data to improve productivity and profitability. Education A relevant bachelor's degree is preferred. Skills Experience leading teams that work directly with customers. Demonstrated ability to improve sales and business performance. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Comfort using business software and reporting tools to guide decisions.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
