What to Expect
As Sales Supervisors at Tesla, you lead our sales floor teams, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, fostering team development, and overseeing daily sales operations to drive success. What You'll Do
Lead and guide a sales team of Tesla Advisors, setting individual and team targets
Train and develop team members on sales and delivery processes to enhance the overall customer experience
Monitor daily deliveries, create reporting metrics, and review information with the Manager to meet and exceed KPIs
Collaborate with other departments, particularly Operations Manager and Service Department, to ensure seamless customer interactions
Represent Tesla professionally when communicating internally and externally and resolve customer concerns promptly
Recruit, train, and develop management teams and employees, and ensure adherence to Tesla policies and procedures
Control store expenses, maintain showroom standards, and ensure facility maintenance is aligned with brand guidelines What You'll Bring
Associates degree, or equivalent experience
Self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional time-management and problem-solving skills
Dedicated and ethical approach to sales and sales operations
Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner
Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment
Valid driver's license required
