Position Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Professiona l•. The role involves XXXXXX• to achieve and exceed sales targets. The Sales Professionals support the Sales Managers to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the sales department and high customer satisfaction levels in accordance with the dealership standards. Responsibilities include leading the commercial vehicle sales strategy, generating commercial vehicle revenue, managing people, and creating positive experiences for both customers and employees. This leadership role requires strong critical thinking, relationship-building, and collaboration skills to partner effectively with department leaders and drive repeat customer business across our sales, service, parts, and collision repair teams. Key Qualifications 5+ years of experience leading, managing, and training a sales team 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry Expertise in commercial vehicle sales and sales processes Strong skills in customer service with a proven ability to achieve customer satisfaction goals Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to analyze sales trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop effective sales strategies Requirements Valid Driver's License Must be 18 years old Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related work experience in automotive sales Proficiency in cloud-based dealership management software and CRM systems Join us as a Sales Professional at Sears Imported Autos where your enthusiasm for cars meets your talent for building relationships — together we'll drive success!
