This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who want to develop leadership, business, and sales experience while building a long-term management career. As a Management Assistant, you'll begin by learning the customer-facing side of the business through direct consultations, account management, and client acquisition. As your skills grow, you'll gain hands-on experience in team development, daily operations, and leadership responsibilities, preparing you for future advancement within the company. What You'll Do as a Management Assistant Represent AT&T Fiber through face-to-face consultations with new and existing customers throughout the Kansas City area. Help customers evaluate their internet needs and recommend services that best fit their household and lifestyle. Guide customers through account setup, upgrades, and service changes while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Build strong customer relationships through professional follow-up and ongoing account support. Comfortable working directly with customers in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment. Able to balance relationship-building with achieving individual performance goals. Organized, dependable, and committed to following through on customer needs. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful, but not required—we provide comprehensive training.
