This role plays a key part in daily store operations, team development, merchandising execution, and overall operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals. Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and inventory management. Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth. Maintain merchandising standards and product availability. Prepare basic reports and support operational and administrative tasks. Train and develop team members on products, processes, and sales techniques. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales supervision or store management. Strong leadership and team development skills. Experience with sales, inventory, and store operations.
