Job description Keffer Kia is seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Sales BDC/Internet Manager with a true passion for Selling & Closing. If you pride yourself in being successful and have very high customer standards than this may be the perfect fit for you. Only the best of the best need apply! You must have at least 2 years of Automotive BDC/Internet Management Experience, be willing to go above and beyond to support the sales department and consistently create appointments from leads.

Qualifications:
Must be a Closer! Enthusiastic with high energy Outgoing and friendly Quality customer service skills and sales track record Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process Basic computer skills Persistent, competitive, and good work ethic Punctuality Excellent written and verbal skills Applicants must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
