Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers to address sales process issues and/or resolve customer needs. Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that increase productivity. Provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies. Manages the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to. Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. Performs other duties as directed. University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelors Degree) in a related field 8+ years of professional experience Ability to work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires a variety of factors, including understanding the sales process. Ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules to senior level management. Extensive knowledge of company policies and sales processes.
