Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Online Sales & Process Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be the vital link between our online customers and our company, ensuring smooth sales transactions and exceptional customer service. Transform unique estate inventory into profitable online sales. Manage online sales to ensure client and customer satisfaction. Process orders accurately; manage inventory; complete sales transactions while maintaining high levels of attention to detail. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations tailored to client needs. Manage timely order fulfillment, delivery scheduling, and inventory updates. Maintain organized records of transactions, client interactions, and process documentation to support efficient operations. Demonstrate technical proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and online sales platforms to optimize workflow efficiency. Qualifications Thrift Store/Estate Sales; Proven experience in sales, understanding thrift and estate values, and customer support. e
Bay Mastery:
Advanced knowledge of eBay's listing tools, algorithms and policy guidelines. Optimize daily listings, manage listings, fulfill orders, complete inventory. Inventory Management; Strong organizational skills and inventory related skills Business savvy; Technical writing skills with the ability to build our standard operating procedures for online sales Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel; familiarity with online sales tools is a plus. Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining organizational skills under pressure.
Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
