$90,000-$100,000 (based on performance) Bonuses and Paid Time Off Growth potential

Compensation:

$90,000 - $100,000 On Target Earnings based on performance

Responsibilities:

Coach agents on lead conversion and follow-up Track daily and weekly sales activity Run weekly accountability and pipeline meetings Improve consistency in agent performance Support scripts, role play, and sales skills Reinforce standards and execution across the office

Qualifications:
