Full Job Description Overview:
At La Vida Llena, a not-for-profit Life Plan Community, residents enjoy a vibrant and engaging lifestyle with opportunities for connection, learning, and personal growth. Our welcoming campus offers a full continuum of care and a strong sense of community. We are seeking a Sales Counselor to build relationships with prospective residents and guide them through the decision-making process to join our community. What You'll Be Doing Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents and guide them through the sales process from initial inquiry to move-in. Utilize a relationship-based sales approach by understanding individual needs, preferences, and lifestyle goals. Manage a pipeline of leads, conduct tours, follow up on inquiries, and document activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for prospective residents. Stay informed on market trends, competition, and community offerings to effectively position La Vida Llena. Generate reports, track performance, and continuously refine sales strategies to meet occupancy goals.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay:
$60,000 / year annually + comission About You Minimum of one year of experience in sales or a related field. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
