Woodland Responsibilities:
Support daily sales operations across Modern Trade accounts. Supervise merchandisers/sales representatives and monitor team performance. Plan and optimize routing schedules to maximize market coverage and productivity. Manage sales incentives and commission schemes to motivate and drive results. Coordinate and review promotional activities, campaigns, and secondary displays. Monitor product availability, pricing, placement, and promotions in key outlets. Conduct price mapping and provide updates on market trends and competitors. Ensure products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and managed using FIFO principles. Build and maintain good relationships with customers and key store personnel. Identify sales growth opportunities and support store improvement plans. Prepare sales reports, meeting decks, and process orders accurately. Handle customer feedback professionally and support negotiations for promotions, space buys, and product distribution. Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Management or a related field. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in Modern Trade. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills. Results-driven, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Salary & Benefits Monthly basic salary: up to S$3,500 Monthly Transport allowance: S$1,150 + commission
