Pay:
$20-$22/hour, based on experience with potential for a 3% commission off of personal sales.

In Person Position Overview The Sales Supervisor plays a key leadership role in driving sales performance, team development, and operational excellence within the ONS retail environment. This role supports store leadership by overseeing daily floor operations, coaching associates, and ensuring a seamless connection between client experience, inventory flow, and brand presentation. This individual leads by example : driving team performance through strong personal sales, cultivating deep product knowledge across 50+ global brands, and maintaining operational discipline that supports both sales and productivity. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Client Experience Lead the sales floor by example, delivering exceptional customer service and personalized styling support. Drive team performance through strong personal sales and client engagement. Meet or exceed individual sales goals while motivating the team to achieve store sales targets. Build, develop, and retain a strong local client base through authentic relationship building and consistent client outreach. Coach associates on product storytelling, styling, and customer engagement. Support the execution of store events, pop-ups, and brand activations. Team Leadership & Development Support store leadership with daily team supervision and floor management. Provide coaching, feedback, and development to sales and stock associates. Assist in onboarding and training new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational standards. Foster a collaborative, positive, and performance-driven team culture. Communicate daily updates, priorities, and business insights to the team. Operational & Inventory Management Support stockroom organization and ensure efficient inventory flow from stockroom to sales floor. Assist with inventory processing and support productivity standards (120 units per hour when supporting stock operations). Support fulfillment operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders. Comfortable managing and executing e-commerce fulfillment orders to support omnichannel business needs. Utilize Shopify and Garmentory platforms for order management, inventory tracking, and fulfillment workflows. Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs. Retail Operations & Store Management Assist with opening and closing procedures. Support scheduling coordination and floor coverage as directed by store leadership. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a clean, organized sales floor. Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and loss prevention standards. Proactively problem-solve operational challenges to support daily business needs. Qualifications 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands. Previous leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience required. Proven ability to drive sales performance through personal selling and team leadership. Strong ability to build and maintain a loyal local client base. Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills. Experience balancing sales leadership with operational responsibilities. Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology platforms. Experience with Shopify, Garmentory, and e-commerce fulfillment preferred. Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and events. Passion for fashion, culture, and building community. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 30 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, climbing, and repetitive movement.
