Position Summary:

CAS is currently seeking a full-time Sales Tools Intern for Summer 2027. This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. The Internship will run May 17th, 2027 - August 6th, 2027. Our Summer Intern Program aims to foster a high level of engagement and learning for participants through in-depth immersion into our working environment with our professional teams. Participants will benefit from exposure to a variety of state-of-the-art software technologies and practices, while also expanding their professional network with CAS staff and fellow interns. These connections offer valuable insights into potential career opportunities.

Job Accountabilities:

Collaborate with teammates (Salesforce Administrators, Trainers, and Business Analysts) to identify and document process changes and/or training programs associated with CAS Sales Tools.

Based on your knowledge and skills, assist the CAS Salesforce Administrator team in reviewing and prioritizing casework as well as trying your hand in making updates to the system.

Connect across the organization through the Summer Intern Program to build influential working relationships that prepare your career for tomorrow.

Collaborate with the team to identify, collect, and share best practices and user success stories from across the CAS Sales tool universe.

Stay abreast of the latest go-to-market trends associated with Sales Tools, including Salesforce.com, Dun and Bradstreet, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others, through individual and team training opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a degree in Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Some experience with ANY of the following is preferred: Salesforce Lightning, System Administration, Business Analysis, Use Case analysis and documentation, process/ workflow documentation, Quality Assurance/Testing. Sales Communication and/or Sales Training
  • Strong Analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to interpret data to solve problems
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), teamwork, and leadership skills
