Salary Range:

Five or more years of experience managing insurance sales operations or high-performing teams. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets. Expertise in local market development and community outreach. Strong comfort level with modern insurance agency management systems and digital lead tracking. Experience in mentoring staff and fostering a collaborative workplace culture. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of our Allentown office to ensure we are consistently meeting our service and growth standards. Lead, mentor, and inspire our sales team, providing them with the guidance they need to excel in their individual roles. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our footprint within the Lehigh Valley region. Cultivate meaningful relationships with current and prospective clients to ensure our agency remains their top choice for protection. Monitor industry trends and adjust our offerings to ensure our clients always receive the most relevant and comprehensive coverage options. Collaborate with agency owners on operational improvements and long-term business goals.
