Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Solid track record of managing insurance sales pipelines and meeting growth targets. Deep understanding of personal and commercial lines of insurance. Clear and empathetic communication style for client interactions. Comfort working in an office environment in Indiana, Pennsylvania. Strong organizational skills for managing complex documentation and client files. Responsibilities Lead the sales process from initial contact through to policy binding and final delivery. Mentorship of junior team members to help them hone their sales techniques and product knowledge. Cultivation of long-lasting relationships with community members and local business owners. Regular review of existing client accounts to ensure protection gaps are closed and coverage remains relevant. Collaboration with agency leadership to develop effective strategies for reaching our annual growth goals. Preparation of quotes and customized coverage solutions that reflect the actual needs of our policyholders.
