Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with financing and insurance options Present and explain F&I products and services Maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain compliance with all regulations and company policies Train and Lead Sales professionals on F & I Products and presentation

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive industry Strong knowledge of automotive financing, insurance, and compliance Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record
