What You'll Do Support team performance, sales goals, and service standards. Monitor pipeline activity and identify opportunities for growth. What You'll Bring In-depth insurance, sales, and customer service leadership experience, including PA insurance regulations and licensing requirements. A current, valid PA Property & Casualty license. Strong coaching and communication skills. Goal-oriented and comfortable working with metrics. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
