We're looking for a motivated, people-focused Assistant Manager, Insurance to help lead and develop a high-performing team focused on sales growth and exceptional customer experiences . What You'll Do Support team performance, sales goals, and service standards. Monitor pipeline activity and identify opportunities for growth. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reinforcement. Use data and reporting to improve results. Promote strong system usage and consistent processes. Help create a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture. What You'll Bring In-depth insurance, sales, and customer service leadership experience, including PA insurance regulations and licensing requirements. A current, valid PA Property & Casualty license. Strong coaching and communication skills. Goal-oriented and comfortable working with metrics. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
