Sales Supervisor Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and coach sales professionals to maximize their potential. Partner with and lead sales representatives in selling waste andrecyclingremoval services Prepare bids, weekly reports and asset in coaching Sales Reps on cold callingnew and existing customers. Manage customer escalations as appropriate. Interacting with customers, business associations and trade shows. Documenting existing customer concerns and working with other departments to satisfy customer requests for service Prospect and exploremarket opportunities Build relationships and resolve challenges with current customers. Develop relationships with coworkers,strategic planning, andaccount management. Salary is base + bonus

Sales Supervisor Requirements:

3 years of management experience in anoutside salesenvironment Be self-motivated, competitive, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. Excellentcustomer serviceskills. 5 years outsidebusiness-to-businesscontract sales with a proven track record of success. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills. Must demonstrate excellent time &territory managementskills. Must periodically be available outside of normal business hours.
