$75,000-$200,000+ Commission Only | Remote | Full Time Free Choice Financial is looking for highly motivated sales professionals who want an opportunity where performance directly determines income. This is not a position for someone looking to simply clock in and collect a paycheck. We are building a serious sales organization and looking for people who are competitive, coachable, consistent, and hungry to become top producers. You do not need to come in knowing everything about the debt relief industry. We provide hands-on training, sales coaching, scripting, roleplay, and ongoing support designed to help the right person become successful. What You'll Be Doing You will speak with consumers who have requested information about financial relief options and help them understand programs that may be available based on their situation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Speaking with prospective clients by phone Understanding their financial situation and monthly obligations Explaining available debt relief options clearly and professionally Following a structured sales and enrollment process Handling objections and answering client questions Following up with prospective clients Maintaining accurate CRM notes and records Meeting weekly and monthly production expectations Participating in sales training, coaching, and roleplay Compensation This is a commission-only sales position . Strong producers have the ability to earn approximately $75,000-$200,000+ annually , depending entirely on individual production. There is no artificial ceiling on what a high-performing salesperson can earn. Compensation is performance based, and earnings are not guaranteed. Remote Work Requirements Because this is a remote position, applicants must have: Their own reliable computer capable of running web-based sales software and CRM systems Reliable high-speed internet A quiet, professional workspace suitable for phone calls and training The ability to participate in video training and meetings when required Growth Opportunity We are building this sales team from the ground up.
