Are you an experienced insurance sales leader ready for your next opportunity? We're looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Manager to lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of insurance professionals — all from the comfort of your home. What You'll Do Lead and coach a team of licensed and unlicensed insurance agents. Drive sales performance, cross-selling, and team goals. Analyze sales metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Hire, onboard, train, and develop new team members. Manage schedules, coverage, and timekeeping. Handle customer escalations and promote a five-star service experience. Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies. Stay current on products, carrier updates, and industry trends. What You Bring 6+ years of successful insurance sales experience, including cross-selling. 3+ years of direct sales leadership or management experience. Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license required upon hire. Strong coaching, communication, and analytical skills. Proven ability to lead a remote team and drive results. High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred. Life Insurance License required within one year. Remote Work This is a 100% remote role , with candidates based within the New England area , including MA, RI, CT, NH, NY, and NJ . Seeking local applicants to these areas. You'll need a dedicated home office, reliable high-speed internet, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Schedule 5 days/week | 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day Hours will be either 10:30 AM-7:00 PM or 11:30 AM-8:00 PM , with flexibility based on business needs.
