This is the backbone role that keeps our sales operation running. You'll work directly with our Director of Sales and support our brokers day to day so they can stay focused on clients and closing deals. What you'll do: Support the sales team with paperwork, listings, and deal coordination Keep our CRM and records accurate and up to date Coordinate showings, sea trials, and broker schedules Handle incoming inquiries and keep clients moving smoothly through the process Keep the day-to-day organized so nothing falls through the cracks What we're looking for: Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communicator, both written and on the phone Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, and email Reliable, professional, and a team player Prior admin, sales support, or marine/boating experience is a plus (not required) The details: Full-time, hybrid (in-office in South Florida + some remote) Weekly rate: (competitive, based on experience) Join a tight-knit team in the yacht and boat sales world How to apply: Message this page directly with your resume and a short note about your experience.
