$78,000 - $86,000/per year Comprehensive benefits package available on day one, including medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) with company match; paid time off; and a hybrid work schedule with 2 days remote. About Us We are a leading supplier of precision-engineered components and assemblies for the powersports industry, supporting manufacturers of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, and high-performance off-road vehicles. With over 50 years of manufacturing excellence, we operate six advanced production and engineering facilities across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, supported by a workforce of more than 1,000 employees. Position Overview The Senior Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting and growing customer relationships while managing the day-to-day coordination and administrative activities that keep the sales process moving. This is a highly collaborative role with regular interaction with OEM customers, external partners, and internal engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and operations teams. The Senior Sales Administrator will develop a strong understanding of the company's product lines and capabilities and use that knowledge to respond to customer needs and support sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and business requirements Support the sales process from initial inquiry and quoting through order coordination, product updates, and ongoing customer support Prepare and coordinate quotes, proposals, presentations, product information, and other customer-facing materials Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Operations to address customer requirements and resolve issues Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and support new business opportunities Prepare sales reports, forecasts, spreadsheets, presentations, etc. Qualifications 3 years of experience in sales, sales administration, account management, customer service, or similar role within a B2B environment in powersports, automotive, or similar industry Experience working with OEM customers and/or Tier 1 suppliers Strong mechanical/technical aptitude. Ability to learn technical product lines and understand how products are used by customers Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
