What You'll Experience Our Supervisor Trainee Program is a structured development track that combines focused training, hands-on learning, and performance-based advancement. You'll receive the tools and support needed to grow into a leadership role, with the goal of becoming a Supervisor overseeing a team of 18-21 employees within 12 months. Location & Schedules This position is an in-person opportunity, located at 600 Technology Dr. Weldon Spring, MO. Schedules for this position will be Monday-Friday with a start time between 7:00am-9:00am and will require working every third Saturday (remote) 8:00am-12:00pm.

Compensation & Benefits Targeted Compensation:

Responsibilities As a Supervisor Trainee , you'll be immersed in the dynamic culture of Enterprise Mobility and gain firsthand experience in our contact center operations by booking high-quality reservations for our three global brands. You'll serve as the voice of Enterprise to our customers—while developing the behind-the-scenes leadership skills that will prepare you to manage your own team.
