Job Description

Sales Administrator General Overview:
Sales Administrator will work cooperatively with Sales Department in performing a wide variety of tasks to include all sales activity relating to developing new customer while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Shift Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1 hour lunch or as approved by supervisor. (Salary)
Dress Code:
Business Casual Position Duties:
1. Evaluate and process technical and commercial customer requirements. 2. Perform accurate and timely entry of orders and quotes into the IMS business system. 3. Respond to and follow up on customer phone calls and emails. 4. Maintain accurate and complete customer contact information for CRM. 5. Work with Manufacturing and Distribution departments to determine lead time of products. 6. Service customer portals in an accurate and timely manner. 7. Perform quote and sample follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and potential business opportunities.
General Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Outlook/Word/Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Experience with a computer order entry system Comply with ISO requirements Comply with company procedures and policies

$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
