Inside Sales / Counter Sales position Should have a basic understanding of HVAC&R systems and their components and be mechanically inclined. Have a willingness to learn and attend training sessions. Have the ability to research product and parts using internet, catalogs, and other software. Must have customer service driven attitude. A background in the HVAC industry would be very helpful but not necessary for a candidate with the drive and ambition to learn. This position would wait on customers in a store environment and should be able to help them with any questions or need they may have concerning products.

Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs., be on your feet most of the day, climb, push, pull, will full use of arms, legs. Must be able to read, write and communicated in the English language (bi-lingual would be a plus). Should have basic math skills. Candidate will need good communication skills Intermediate computer knowledge. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, have a clear driving record with no DWI offenses, and pass a physical and drug screen
