Job duties include:

Greet Customers, answer phones and direct calls Cross-reference part numbers, measure fittings and identify replacements from samples or descriptions Build and assemble hydraulic hose assemblies to specifications Process sales transactions, quotes, and special orders using P21/invnetory software Maintain accurate stock levels; pull, restock, and organize inventory Answer phone/email inquiries and provide pricing/availability information Upsell related products (adapters, clamps, tools) where appropriate Keep the counter area and displays clean and organized

Requirements:

Experience in hydraulic/industrial hose and fittings, or similar counter sales This position requires a valid drivers license Ability to read technical specs, measure fittings and use reference charts Basic mechanical aptitude, hose crimping experience, industrial auto-lubrication a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable learning different computer systems High School diploma or GED Forklift certification is a plus Previous inventory experience For more information regarding this position, please email resumes to Mayra Rodriguez at [email protected] .
