Job Description
What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Partner with Sales, Operations, and Service to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Engage with walk in, phone and online customers directly and maintain own book of business. Analyze operational and sales metrics to identify trends and implement process improvements. Support departmental budgeting, operational planning, and company growth initiatives. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, operations, customer service, or a related field. Experience leading teams in building materials, wholesale distribution, millwork, or a similar industry preferred. Strong business acumen with experience using CRM and ERP systems.
