Title :
Sales Support Supervisor Summary :
Managing the daily operations of inside sales while supporting customer service activities. This role oversees customer service representative, sales support processes, and inside sales functions to ensure high-quality service, accurate order management, and effective communication with customers, brokers, and internal teams. The supervisor will collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, support sales growth, and improve operational efficiency.
Shift :
8:00-5:00PM (Full-Time)
Responsibilities :
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for sales brokers, retail partners, and internal sales teams regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
  • Prepare and distribute quotes, sales materials, product information, and updates to brokers and customers.
  • Assist with new customer onboarding, including account setup, documentation, and communication of requirements.
  • Prepare sales performance reports, including POS trends, fill rates, and customer forecasts.
  • Oversee and assist with daily customer service operations, including call handling, customer correspondence, complaint processing, order fulfillment, pricing, and related EDI transactions ensuring prompt and accurate completion.
  • Work closely with other departments such as sales, AR, quality, purchasing, logistics and operations to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Foster a customer-focused culture within the team and the broader organization.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Reporting Relationship:
Director of Business Systems Qualifications:
  • High school diploma with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service or inside sales role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory position or bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in the consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
