Job Description

Overview Steinhafels is currently recruiting a Sales Supervisor. This position would work alongside Steinhafels' Store and Sales Managers to learn how to successfully execute the mission statement by helping customers make their homes more beautiful. The Sales Supervisor will be fully trained as a sales associate and will also receive cross training in customer service, warehouse distribution operations, billing, human resources, merchandising, and other key areas of the business. Responsibilities Primary duties:
Work with customers to guide them in selecting furniture, arranging financing and setting up delivery Open and close the store ensuring every detail has been accomplished Keep the sales floor maintained with well trained Sales Associates who uphold our standards Handles sales conflicts in a timely manner with the goal to resolve Observes sales staff to better coach a successful staff Direct the staff in setup of new sales events Participating in and directing associates in the operational support of all aspects of the store including but not limited to cleaning and merchandising Required to sell minimum acceptable sales standard as assigned All other duties as assigned
Qualifications Position Requirements:
Requires the ability to motivate, communicate and train employees Must be able to complete required reports on time as assigned Requires good organizational skills Flexible schedule; days, nights and weekends will be required. Must be available for big sales events and holidays Ability to relocate
