BDC Manager Crossroads Chevrolet - Beckley, WV Crossroads Chevrolet in Beckley, WV is seeking a high-energy, well-organized, self-motivated BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center and maximize sales opportunities across the dealership. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving appointment volume, improving show rates, and ensuring a consistent, professional customer experience from first contact to arrival on the showroom floor.
