In fact, we focus on training people who are brand new to sales and helping them become confident, professional sales representatives. If you are coachable, reliable, and willing to put in the work, we will teach you the process. Paid Training Provided We provide hands-on paid training so you can learn the role before being expected to perform on your own.

About Sales Syndicate Sales Syndicate is a sales training and recruiting company based in Arizona. We help motivated individuals enter performance-based sales industries and develop into professional sales representatives. After working across multiple finance and commission-based industries, we expanded into renewable energy because of the strong opportunity in residential solar. We partner with local residential solar companies and installation teams to provide training, support, and field sales opportunities. Position Overview We are hiring Entry-Level Solar Sales Representatives to speak with homeowners about residential solar options. This is a field-based role where you will work in assigned neighborhoods, introduce homeowners to solar, and help set appointments for homeowners interested in learning more. You are not expected to come in as an expert. We provide the training, structure, and support. What You'll Do Speak with homeowners face-to-face in assigned neighborhoods Introduce residential solar options in a professional way Help identify homeowners who may be interested in learning more Set appointments for qualified homeowners Follow a simple daily sales process Attend training and team meetings Represent Sales Syndicate and our partner companies professionally What We're Looking For No sales experience required Coachable and willing to learn Strong communication skills Positive attitude Reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors Comfortable talking with people face-to-face Self-motivated and goal-oriented Professional appearance and attitude This role is a good fit for someone who wants to learn sales, build confidence, and grow into a higher-income opportunity. Compensation This is a performance-based sales role with paid training.

Compensation may include:
