Job Description

Suncovia Solar is a leading solar sales and installation company and the #1 installer in Maine , rapidly expanding across the New England market. We are hiring high-level virtual solar closers who can take control of a conversation over the phone/Zoom, build urgency, and close deals in a single call. This is a high-output, performance-driven role for individuals who are serious about making money and willing to put in the work. All appointments are provided — your job is to run the consultation, present the solution, and close the deal. This is an in office job!
What You'll Be Doing:
Running virtual solar consultations (phone + Zoom) Working pre-set, qualified appointments Presenting solar solutions and breaking down savings clearly Creating urgency and closing on the first call whenever possible Overcoming objections and maintaining control of the conversation Managing pipeline and following up to secure deals Accurately documenting activity in
CRM Compensation:
Uncapped commission structure Unlimited income potential Top closers are earning strong six-figure incomes Consistent flow of high-quality, pre-set appointments
What We're Looking For:
Proven closer - you know how to control the call and ask for the business Extremely strong work ethic and consistency Comfortable being on the phone/Zoom for extended periods Strong communication and presentation skills in a virtual setting Ability to handle objections and close under pressure Solar experience is a plus, but strong virtual closers from other industries are welcome Highly competitive and money-motivated
