The Role:

Run consultations (virtual or in-home) Review energy usage and present system designs (we prep everything with you) Close deals and guide customers through the process Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently No gimmicks. No pressure tactics. Just clear numbers and real conversations.

Compensation:

High commission per deal (~$5,000+ potential depending on redline) Paid on M1 + install milestones Uncapped earnings

Requirements:

Sales experience preferred (solar is a plus, not required) Strong communication skills Self-motivated (this is 1099 — you control your income) Coachable and willing to follow a proven system

Pay:

$50,929.54 - $150,000.00 per year
