DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 1+ years of renewable energy sales experience or equivalent proven sales success Comfortable navigating smartphones, tablets, and CRM tools Active Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) registration with the CSLB or willing to register immediately Resilience, determination, strong communication skills, and the ability to turn obstacles into opportunities are preferred.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A SOLAR SALES CONSULTANT?

This is a full-time position based primarily in Ventura, CA, with additional opportunities available through our expanding operations in Torrance and surrounding areas. As our Solar Sales Consultant, you'll generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and door-to-door outreach. You'll meet with homeowners, review energy usage, discuss customized solar solutions, and educate customers on available incentives, net metering, and financing options. Using your consultative sales approach, you'll build trust, address concerns, close agreements, and maintain customer relationships throughout the assessment, permitting, and installation process to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
