The home solar power industry is rapidly evolving, and we are seeking a passionate, motivated Sales Athlete who is eager to join our dynamic team and make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential customers for Kin Home's solar products. Develop effective sales strategies and plans to attract and retain new clients. Engage with prospective customers to communicate product value proposition, deliver product presentations, and manage contract negotiations. Assess customer energy usage and requirements to propose suitable solar solutions. Maintain positive relationships with clients, continuously assessing and responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure solar systems are accurately sized and installed according to customer requirements. Track sales progress via CRM software, and prepare periodic sales reports for the senior management.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to persuasively convey product benefits. Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
