We focus on honest communication, quality installations, and a seamless customer experience from consultation to completion. Position Overview Cardamon Solar is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to help homeowners understand the benefits of solar and guide them through the transition to renewable energy. In this role, you will generate leads, conduct consultations, and support customers through the sales process. This is an opportunity to build a high-income career in a fast-growing industry while making a positive environmental impact. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and networking Educate homeowners on solar energy, cost savings, and available programs Conduct in-home or virtual consultations Present customized solar solutions based on homeowner needs Close sales and guide customers through the onboarding process Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle Represent Cardamon Solar with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to build trust and rapport with homeowners Comfortable working in a commission-based environment Preferred but not required: Experience in solar sales or door-to-door sales Background in sales, customer service, or related fields Key Traits for Success Work Ethic
